Importers will be able to direct the funds of soft loans to pay for the leasing of equipment necessary for the production of products. The government has expanded a special program of concessional lending for purchases of imported products that are important for the economy. The decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. The document will be published shortly. According to the government, the decision will allow enterprises to reduce operating costs and arrange the supply of necessary goods.
According to the adopted document, importers will also be able to use the funds of preferential loans to pay for the leasing of equipment necessary for the production of products. In addition, now they have the opportunity to refinance the loan agreement concluded under the program, as well as conclude an agreement on the assignment of claims.
