Krasnodar administration filed a lawsuit demanding the demolition of the building of the Ekaterininskaya clinic

The Arbitration Court of Krasnodar Krai, at the request of the Ekaterininskaya clinic chain, ruled to conduct a forensic construction and technical examination of the building in Krasnodar at the address: ul. Geroya Yatskov, 2/2 with an extension, letter "a" for 345.4 thousand rubles. The Center for Surgery and Therapeutic Medicine, opened by the chain in October 2014, is located there. In January 2024, the Krasnodar administration filed a lawsuit against Ekaterininskaya, demanding that the building be demolished and then an entry be made in the State Register of Real Estate on the termination of the property right to the property and to collect 60 thousand rubles for each day of non-fulfillment of the act. The reason for such a decision by the administration is not indicated in the accompanying documentation of the case.

Vademecum requested comments from Ekaterininskaya and the Krasnodar administration, but has not yet received a response.

At the request of the city administration, the Regional Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, as well as VTB Bank, were involved as third parties. Immediately after the claim was accepted, the applicant filed a motion for interim measures. The court granted the claim and ruled to prohibit the Rosreestr Office from carrying out any actions with the land plot and the building. The administration also requested that Yekaterininskaya LLC and other persons be prohibited from carrying out construction and other work on the same area, with the exception of work related to the demolition of the disputed object, but this request was not satisfied.

The plaintiff claimed that if measures were not taken, this would prevent or "make impossible" the execution of the court order.

In addition, the court requested as evidence a request from the branch of Roskadastr in Krasnodar Krai, in particular, the registration files of the object and the land plot of the clinic.

Yekaterininskaya asked to postpone the trial, but the petition was not satisfied. In addition, the court ordered the plaintiff to provide documents of sale and purchase of the land plot on the basis of the administration's resolution No. 8060 dated November 7, 2014.

After that, the case was postponed twice - in April and June 2024. The plaintiff did not appear at the hearing. In August, the case was suspended, as the clinic filed an application for a forensic construction and technical examination. The term is one year from the date of transfer of the case materials to the experts.

The Ekaterininskaya Clinic network is one of the largest in the Krasnodar Territory. In addition to the new medical center, it includes 9 clinics (7 multidisciplinary and 2 treatment and diagnostic centers - in Sochi and Krasnodar) and pharmacies in Krasnodar and Sochi.

In the rating of the Vademecum Analytical Center "TOP200 private multidisciplinary clinics in Russia" for 2022, Ekaterininskaya took seventh place. The network's revenue for 2022 increased by 8.3% compared to 2021 and reached 7.6 billion rubles. In 2023, according to SPARK-Interfax, the network earned 4.4 billion rubles, and its net profit amounted to 1.3 billion rubles.

Yandex has created a neural network for diagnosing Spina bifida using ultrasound

Russian researchers have developed a neural network that can detect the development of spina bifida (or spina bifida) in the early stages of fetal development, the press service of Yandex Education reported. It is planned that in the future, this will make it possible to correct this defect even before the child is born.

The initiative to use AI to detect signs of the disease belongs to the Spina Bifida Foundation. The project was supported by Yandex and the Kulakov National Medical Research Center of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The neural network was trained on a unique dataset of almost 6 thousand ultrasound images collected by the center. Kulakova, experienced ultrasound doctors supervised the data labeling.

The researchers used several neural networks, some of which were responsible for finding an image area that was critical for identifying spina bifida, while others assessed image quality and detected characteristic signs of pathology development when analyzing images obtained from different angles. According to the developers, the solution they created can be further trained on new data, and there is also the ability to collect feedback from users.

The NMIC noted that the new service could be especially useful for doctors from regional clinics. "In a situation where every day counts, artificial “and intelligence will help to pay attention to the problem as early as possible and begin to solve it,” explained Liliyana Chugunova, a senior researcher at the NMIC.
