The government has changed the rules for labeling medical devices with a limited service life
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 29, 2024 No. 392 “On amendments to Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated May 31, 2023 No. 894”
In accordance with the decree, the sale of medical devices with a limited service life without labeling is prohibited after August 31, 2024. At the moment, some medical devices with a limited service life cannot be traced on the market, since the obligation to apply markings to medical devices, introduced on October 1, 2023, did not affect goods that were produced or imported into the Russian Federation before the introduction of such markings.
That is why, in order to increase transparency, the Government of the Russian Federation, with a new resolution, complicates the sale of medical devices with a limited service life. These restrictions do not apply to clinics that store, transport and donate already purchased medical products without labeling.
To avoid administrative liability, VERBA LEGAL lawyers recommend ensuring that unlabeled medical products will not be sold after August 31, 2024. If the sale of unlabeled medical products before August 31, 2024 is impossible, it is mandatory to label these products in accordance with the law up to and including the specified period.

The Chairman of the Nizhny Novgorod City Duma is accused of fraud in the purchase of medical equipment
Chairman of the Nizhny Novgorod City Duma Oleg Lavrichev was detained. He was accused of theft or embezzlement of more than 22 million rubles. According to RIA Novosti, when purchasing medical equipment.
According to investigators, Lavrichev and a group of people stole money in 2018-2019 when purchasing X-ray, mammography and ultrasound machines for the Alzamas instrument-making plant, which he headed at that time.

The contractor must begin construction in accordance with the contract within 10 days after the delivery of the construction site and the signing of the relevant agreements.

The total cost of construction work is estimated at 640 million rubles, of which 596 million rubles are allocated from the federal budget.
