The government has banned the purchase of some other types of foreign vacuum blood collection tubes for state and municipal needs. The corresponding resolution No. 1512 dated September 16, 2023 was published on the legal information portal. The document comes into force on December 1, 2023.
Earlier in March, the government had already excluded a number of vacuum tubes from the list of “odd men out” and added Resolution No. 616 to the list, which prohibits the purchase of imported goods for government needs. Now several more types of vacuum tubes for collecting IVD blood samples have been added to the list. We are talking about such NKMI codes as 293370, 293420, 293500, 293570, 293660, 334330.

The government has adopted rules for the purchase of medicines, medical devices and technical means of rehabilitation, which will be carried out by the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation. The corresponding resolution No. 1535 dated September 20, 2023 was published on the legal information portal. It was previously reported that these rules were developed by the Ministry of Health. The agency posted a document for public comment in April.
The explanatory note to the document indicated that the rules determine the procedure for purchasing medicines and medical products, including those that are not registered in Russia. In addition, they determine the procedure for purchasing technical means of rehabilitation, which are not included in the federal list of rehabilitation measures, and services that are provided to disabled people and combat veterans according to the list of medicines and medical products, including highly functional prostheses and prosthetic and orthopedic products.
