The government has approved the list of territories for northern delivery
The government has approved a list of territories for northern delivery. Resolution No. 1930 of November 16, 2023 was published on the legal information portal. The document comes into force on April 1, 2024.
The document also approved the rules for making changes to the list of northern delivery territories. Thus, proposals for inclusion in the list are submitted by the highest official of the subject to the federal coordinator of northern delivery. The grounds for this will be a change in the name of the region or the loss of the technical possibility of year-round uninterrupted transport links by road with at least one municipality.
Earlier in August, medicines, medical devices and specialized medical nutrition products were included in the first category of cargo for northern delivery. The government will provide state support to suppliers of such products, and regional leadership will be able to establish additional supply, sales and trade markups on prices, as well as maximum wholesale and retail prices for first category cargo and goods derived from them. Governors of the northern regions will also be able to create strategic reserves of necessary cargo.

The government has approved a list of national biological standardization laboratories for the production of reagent kits that meet WHO requirements. Order No. 3183-r dated November 14, 2023 was published on the legal information portal.
The list included nine organizations:
• Federal Budgetary Institution Central Research Institute of Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor;
• FGBNU Research Institute of Vaccines and Serum named after. I.I. Mechnikov;
• Federal State Budgetary Institution All-Russian Research Institute of Metrological Service;
• Federal State Budgetary Institution All-Russian Research and Testing Institute of Medical Equipment of Roszdravnadzor;
• FSBI NICEM named after. N.F. Gamaleya Ministry of Health;
• Federal State Budgetary Institution Center for Strategic Planning and Management of Medical and Biological Health Risks FMBA;
• Federal State Unitary Enterprise St. Petersburg Research Institute of Vaccines and Serums and an enterprise for the production of bacterial preparations FMBA;
• Federal State Unitary Enterprise All-Russian Research Institute of Metrology named after. DI. Mendeleev;
• Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Research Institute of Highly Pure Biological Preparations FMBA.

GE Healthcare won two out of three tenders for the supply of X-ray machines for LCC
The only participant in this year’s third competition for the supply of X-ray diagnostic systems designed for three workplaces, organized by the subordinate Department of Health of the State Autonomous Institution “Gormedtekhnika”, was the company GE Healthcare. We are talking about remote monitoring of patients from SberHealth, the Voice2Med product from the TsDT group of companies - a partner of Sber, as well as a medical decision support system from SberMedII for analyzing visual studies and data from electronic medical records.
